Where is your learning centre located?

Our daily in-person learning centre is based in the Kuils River (Kuilsrivier) area of Cape Town, making it accessible for families in and around the Northern Suburbs.

Is your learning centre a school?

No. We are a learning centre, not a registered school.

We provide daily academic structure, supervision, and learning support while parents remain responsible for curriculum choice and official registration where required.

What does a typical day look like at the learning centre?

Students attend daily and follow a structured routine that includes:

  • Independent academic work

  • Guided support from facilitators

  • Breaks and reflection time

  • Accountability and progress tracking

The focus is on consistency, structure, and support, not large classrooms or rigid schooling.

Which grades and ages do you support at the learning centre?

Our learning centre supports students across multiple phases, depending on their needs and readiness. Placement is determined through consultation rather than age alone.

Do you follow the CAPS curriculum?

Parents are responsible for selecting and purchasing a curriculum, which may include CAPS or alternative options.

Our role is to support the learner academically, help structure the day, and guide progress — not to issue formal assessments or reports.

Can my child attend the learning centre full-time?

Yes. Many students attend the learning centre on a daily, full-time basis for consistent academic structure and support.

Is the learning centre suitable for students who are struggling at school?

Yes. The learning centre is particularly helpful for students who:

  • Are overwhelmed in traditional classrooms

It is not a disciplinary centre and works best for students willing to engage with support.

Can students at the learning centre prepare for GED?

n some cases, yes. Students may attend the learning centre while preparing for alternative pathways such as GED, depending on readiness and goals.

This is assessed individually.
